Every strip starts with 100% British Beef, hand-cut to the right thickness for a proper dry. We marinate it in bold own blend spices and vinegar — the South African way — and air-dry it slowly under controlled conditions until it hits the perfect balance of flavour, texture, and safety.

Here’s what sets us apart:
Small Batches, Every Week – We make as much as we need at a time, not tonnes. That means fresher flavour, tighter quality control, and no shortcuts.
Logged & Tested – Every batch is weighed, tracked, and verified. We log drying times and check water activity (aw 0.73–0.80) to guarantee food safety and shelf life.

Natural Preservation – We don’t rely on artificial preservatives. Our biltong keeps naturally with salt, vinegar, spices, and careful drying — just as it should be.

Flavours With Attitude – From Peri Peri to Sweet Chilli Chutney, each recipe is tuned for punch, balance, and character — not bland factory formulas.
